Joining as a Paid Social Manager, you will report to a Group Account Director and work directly with large scale enterprise clients as well as new scaleups.

The role:

<li style="font-family: poppins;">Build, optimise and manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">Work with the Technology team to create new bespoke solutions for our clients.</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">Have the ability to work across verticals (B2B, B2C, lead gen, finance, eCommerce).</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">Uncover insights and produce reports and commentary for our clients to improve KPIs. You will be working closely with large global companies and independent exciting scaleups.</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">You are going to be one of the first 30 employees outside of the directors, so you will have a large role in establishing agency practices, routines and operations.</li>

What we are looking for:

<li style="font-family: poppins;">Someone who has experience working with clients, owning accounts, and executing Paid Social strategies from strategy to execution</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">Someone who is proactive and naturally curious.</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">Has excellent attention to detail.</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">Platform knowledge - understanding of pixels, conversion events, and &amp; full funnel approaches within platforms.</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">Understanding the role of paid social in the wider digital marketing mix, how it impacts / impacted by other channels</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">Comfortable with sharing media recommendations based on client needs</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">A keen eye for analysis, and ability to spot how macro and micro changes at the campaign, ad set, and ad level impacts performance</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">Has a Technical mind. You don&rsquo;t have to know how to code, but if you have a natural desire to learn more about coding, you&rsquo;ll probably work well here.</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">Someone who has or wants to manage and/or mentor junior team members.</li>
<li style="font-family: poppins;">University education is not a necessity for us. Equally, if you went down the academic path, that&rsquo;s okay too. What we really care about is: are you passionate about the work you do &amp; are you a natural problem solver?</li>

<li style="font-family: poppins;">Uncover insights and produce reports and commentary for our clients to improve KPIs. You will be working closely with large global companies and independent exciting scaleups.</li>
